Questions about our espadrilles

• Where are your espadrilles made?
  • Our current espadrilles are made in traditional factories in the in North-Central Spain and South-West France. Please see ABOUT for more details.
• Do your espadrilles have rubber soles?
  • Yes, all our espadrilles are reinforced with a full layer of rubber for durability. This gives your LoveEspadrilles® longer life and helps if you get caught out in the rain!
• How should I look after my espadrilles?
  • Espadrilles by their very nature don’t really need looking after as such, they become worn in and more characterful and comfortable. Do try not to get your espadrilles wet though, as the espadrille sole consists largely of jute, an absorbent rope material. But don’t worry, in the event of getting them wet, they will still dry out.

• What are your shipping rates?
  • We try and make buying and shipping LoveEspadrilles® as easy and economical as possible. Customers are given our lowest calculated shipping rate at our secure checkout. For more information please see SHIPPING RATES on the homepage.
• Do you deliver to anywhere in the world?
  • Yes of course! We can deliver anywhere in the world but shipping costs do vary. For more information please see SHIPPING RATES on the homepage.
• How long does delivery take?
  • Deliveries to the UK are next day provided you order before noon. Deliveries to Europe will take between 3-5 working days and the Rest of the World between 5-8 working days. For more information please see SHIPPING RATES on the homepage.
• Can I return items for any reason?
  • Yes, we accept returns provided the customer has not worn the espadrilles!  Please see our FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS on the homepage for full details on our returns policy.
