Love Espadrilles (part of Love Brand & Co Ltd) recognises environmental standards and places them at the core of our business practice. Love Espadrilles aims to be as environmentally friendly as possible. LoveEspadrilles also promises to support factories that adhere to a high level of quality control and an ethical code of conduct. Love Espadrilles also aims to look after all its customers to the highest possible standard. These Terms and Conditions are written to help customers use and purchase effectively at www.loveespadrilles.com.

Agreements

Acceptance of Terms. These Terms and Conditions apply when you access www.loveespadrilles. com (the ‘Website’) and when placing an order to purchase any of the products available on the Website. Any reference to ‘LoveEspadrilles’, ’we’, ’us’ or ’our’ is a reference to Love Brand & Co, Company No. 5940754, official registered office is at Craven House, 16 Northumberland Avenue, London, WC2N 5AP. By placing an order with us and using the website you are bound to these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.

The ordering process. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products available on the Website, all orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer. When we receive your order an automatic email will be sent to you acknowledging our receipt of your order. Please note this email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. Your order will be accepted by us by way of a confirmatory e-mail to you which confirms that we have sent the goods you have ordered. Please keep the Confirmation of Order and Delivery email. The website is designed to make purchasing LoveEspadrilles products as easy as possible, please check your order carefully before purchasing, you are able to correct your order up to the point you submit the purchase.

Use of the website. Registration, passwords and security You have the option to start an account on the Website through which you are also able to place orders. On registration of a Love Espadrilles online account, you will select a password and user name that you can use to access your account. You are responsible for keeping your password and user name confidential and are responsible for all activities carried out under them. We will not be responsible for any losses suffered by you where your password is used by someone else unless this is because of our negligence. We will take all steps to ensure the secure treatment of your Personal Data.

Use of Personal Data. We will use your Personal Data to process and complete orders you place on the Website. Monitor and develop the Website and customer experience. Process the registration of your customer account and maintain your customer account. Process and deal with any unfortunate customer complaints and where requested by you, send you marketing material from Love Espadrilles.

Our Privacy Policy.  Love Espadrilles does not store any customer financial details.

Your promises of conduct. All information provided by you to us are true, accurate and up to date in all respects at all times. The Website will not be used by you for any unlawful purpose. The website will not be used to access other accounts or for any attempt to damage the Website or penetrate the Website security measures. The Website will only be used by you for your personal use. Your use of the Website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trade marks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text) or the intellectual property of third parities in the Website and its contents. You may not copy or reuse any intellectual property on the Website without permission from Love Espadrilles.

Products

Descriptions. We have taken great care that the products on the Website are described verbally and visually as accurately as possible. We ensure product images appearing on our website are as near in colour as possible, although the colours on the website do depend on your computer screen resolution and adjustment. Each product is individually manufactured, mostly by hand and will therefore vary slightly. We are unable to guarantee the product will be precisely as it appears on the website.

Prices. The price of products will be clearly stated on the Website at the time of order. We work very carefully to ensure the prices are always accurate and up to date but errors may occur. In the event of an error you will be given the opportunity to cancel or reorder at the correct price. If you cancel your order you will be refunded in full. All prices displayed on the website are in UK sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated.

Payments. We accept payment on the website and by phone using debit or credit card. We do not except American Express. In placing an order you confirm that the card being used for payment is yours. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we cannot accept your order and will not be held responsible for any non-deliveries and are not obligated to inform you of the reason of refusal. We cannot be held responsible for any charge from your card issuer or banking group incurred by you as a result of processing an order with your credit/debit card in accordance with your order.

Delivery

UK From £5.50. Shipping charges vary according to the number and weight of items and the number of delivery addresses. Our UK orders are delivered by our couriers APC within 48 hours (not including weekends) of your payment being cleared. If customers are out at the time of the 1st delivery an APC card will be left for the customer to arrange a 2nd delivery. After 2 attempts at delivery, orders are returned to the Love Espadrilles warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@loveespadrilles.com if your delivery has not arrived 48 hours after ordering.

EUROPE From £10.50. EUROPE orders are sent Recorded Airmail and should take between 3-5 working days depending. Prices vary according to number and weight of items and number of deliver addresses. All orders to Europe are recorded and must be signed for. Orders to Europe can take up to 14 days maximum. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@loveespadrilles.com if your delivery has not arrived 14 days after ordering.

REST OF THE WORLD From £18.50. REST OF THE WORLD orders are sent Recorded Airmail and should take between 5-10 working days depending. Prices vary according to number and weight of items and number of deliver addresses. All orders to the rest of the world are recorded and must be signed for. Orders can take up to 28 days maximum. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@loveespadrilles.com if your delivery has not arrived 28 days after ordering.

Customers can return or exchange an item purchased on the Website or by Phone for any reason. We shall either make an exchange for you or refund the cost of the returned item. For returns and exchanges, the customer will be fully liable for the cost of returning the item to us. If a return is deemed faulty subject to inspection by Love Espadrilles at Store It All we will pay for all postage. Goods must be returned, in their original condition, not altered or worn beyond checking fit. This condition is subject to inspection by LoveEspadrilles at SASIA, we are under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for products that do not comply with this section. Products that are not accepted will be returned to you. All refunds will be made to the card used when placing the order, within 14days after receiving the product back to storage, we will send you an email confirming that the refund has been made.
